1. Heart Hunt

Hide paper hearts around the classroom with simple actions written on them. Let students take turns finding a heart and leading the class in the action. It's a fun way to get them moving!

Action Ideas:

  • Do 10 jumping jacks.
  • Hop on one foot for 10 seconds.
  • Spin around in a circle three times.
  • Dance like a robot for 20 seconds.
  • Touch your toes and reach for the sky.
  • Do the "Cupid Shuffle" (step to the left, step to the right).
  • Pretend you're a heart-shaped balloon floating up.
  • Act like you’re giving a big Valentine’s Day hug.
  • Stomp your feet like you’re a Valentine’s Day dinosaur.
