These questions and others have been asked and discussed in the online seminars this month. As I facilitate these discussions, I become increasingly aware of the ties that bind us in education. Participants from various corners of the world, coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences, are drawn to these conversations out of the desire to collaborate, gain ideas, and help each other. 

It is fascinating to be a part of these discussions each month, and I am repeatedly reminded that our challenges are not unique. Schedules, content, behaviors, resources, parents, differentiation . . . We all deal with similar issues. Instead of feeling alone, remember that we are all in this together. Finding the support you need may not be as hard as you think.

We can feel isolated within our classroom walls, but we have only to step outside to discover a world of ties that bind.
