Gail's vision was formed through her degree in elementary education, early childhood studies, and special education and a master's degree in special education. Her teaching experiences range from preschool through grade six, special education, and literacy coaching. Together, she and classroom teachers collaborate to make instruction meaningful, individualized, and successful for all students. She has been training educators around the world for more than two decades.
